Former industries minister Dilip Barua, also the general secretary of Bangladesher Samyabadi Dal (M-L), has tested positive for Covid-19.
Now he is undergoing treatment at a hospital in the capital, said Moshahid Ahmed, central committee member of Bangladesher Samyabadi Dal on Tuesday.
Dilip Barua’s family urged the people of the country to pray for his early recovery.
