Dhaka Mariner Youngs Club thumped Azad Sporting Club 9-0 Sunday in the SIBL Club Cup Hockey Tournament at the Maulana Bhashani National Stadium.
Harsdeep Kapoor and Milon Hossain struck two goals each, while Satandar Kumar, Avishek, Mamunur Rahman Chayan, Fazle Hossain Rabbi and Shahidur Rahman Saju scored one goal each for Mariner.
In Sunday’s first match, Sonali Bank Club beat Bangladesh Sporting Club 4-0 at the same venue.
Rakib, Parvez, Mehedi and Rocky scored one goal each for the winners.
