Star studded Bashundhara Kings celebrated their “Women’s Football League’ 2020-21” crown with an emphatic 18-0 goals victory over Jamalpur Kacharipara Akadash at the Kamalapur Stadium here on Saturday.
The Kings, which needed just one point from two matches to assure league crown, smartly achieved their dream target in the day’s (Saturday’s) massive victory , with one match to spare.
They have secured full 39 points from straight 13 matches and maintained their all win record in the league as the only team.
Soon after the final whistle, all the players and officials of the Kings started victory celebration in the field wearing fresh champions jersey.
The day’s match also featured three hattricks by Krishna Rani Sarkar, Shamsunnahar Junior and Sabina Khatun.
Krishna scored five, Shamsunnahar Junior four, Sabina three, Sanjida Khatun two while Monika, Anai and Sumaiya scored one each for the champions.

The remaining one was a suicidal goal scored by Kamrunnahar.
On other hand, Ataur Rahman Bhuiyan College SC finished league runners up, also one match spare, crushing Suddopuskorini Jubo SC by 9-0 goals at the same venue on Saturday .
They collecting 33 points from 13 league encounters to be the league runners up.
Anika Tanjum made a hattrick scoring three goals,Swapna Rani netted two while Shaheda Akter Ripa,Nasrin Akter, Nouson Jahan and Aklima Khatun netted one each for the winners.
In the day’s another match, Cumilla United Club beat Nasrin Sports Academy by ,2-1 goals at the same venue.
Rozina scored both the goals for the winners while Shirin netted the lone goal for the losers.
